Payments & Refund Policy

The Licensee must make payment of the License Fee to the Licensor on the date of this Agreement. All rights granted to the Licensee by the Producer in the Beat are conditional upon timely payment of the License Fee. The License Fee is a one-time payment for the rights granted, and this Agreement is not valid until the License Fee has been received. All licenses are non-refundable and non-transferable.

In rare instances of duplicate purchases or other exceptional circumstances, the Licensor may match the Licensee’s payment with an item of equal or similar value or issue a refund for the duplicate order. In the event of a refund, the issued contract/license becomes invalid as of the refund date. Payments that are held, refunded, canceled, or incorrect by the Licensee will result in the issued contract/license agreement and all granted rights becoming invalid and void, with all rights reverting to the Producer.
